Ceremony-only weddings are not available to parties of 50 or more. No chairs are provided

Hours booked for Gazebo/Tree Ceremony include set-up & break down of your decorations, chairs, etc.

Gazebo/Tree Ceremony can be only be rented until 12 pm on Saturdays unless renting Clubhouse
Clubhouse Rental:

Clubhouse Rental rates are for groups up to 120 people - Get quote for 120+ plus people

Clubhouse Rental Includes reservation fee for upper parking lot spots

A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event

A refundable security/damage deposit of $1000.00 due 30 days prior to the event

Clubhouse usage includes tables & chairs for up to 68 people and no linens are provided

Set-up/Breakdown of tables & chairs is the client's responsibility

The Clubhouse and tent are available starting at 10 am

Use of indoor bathrooms, prep kitchen area including sink and refrigerator with rental of Clubhouse.

All amplified music must be maintained at a reasonable volume and turned off by 9pm or one hour prior to your contracted end time

Clubhouse bookings are required to hire a professional event “day of” coordinator with proof of Liability Insurance approved from Park Vendors list or with pre-approval from Park Management

Clubhouse bookings include one hour ceremony rehearsal prior to the wedding and is based upon availability and must be pre-approved by Park management at least 2 weeks prior to event
